he patterned tights are an unexpected way to add interest to any look, and have emerged as a popular choice among celebrities and fashion magazines.
Here are ways to rock this trend, stay warm, and look great all at the same time.

For the most flattering look, it's often best to choose patterns with small graphics such as tiny polka dots or little flowers.
Unless you're very confident keep the rest of your outfit simple.
Graphic tights or leggings look great tucked into boots but try them with pumps, too, if you're daring!

If you're self conscious about your legs, try letting patterned tights peek out just between your boots and a ¾ lengths skirt or this seasons thigh high boots and a mini skirt.

If you're mixing prints stay within the same color family  or go with contrasting colors.

One of the easiest ways to wear it would be with a simple/plainish black sheath dress and plain black pumps. As long as your tights are not fish net, I am sure it would look nice.
If you are a little apprehensive, you can ease yourself into this trend by wearing it with simple black boots. This way you hide most of the tights in boots.
Try and keep everything else solid/plain/understated. If you do want to mix patterns try and keep distance between the patterns...like the above picture with plain skirt and cardigan with a printed scarf. Try and stick to similar colours if combining patterns and make sure you have one main plain/solid article on to pull it all together.
